Consideration of permit for non-gaming for The Brass Boxer, Three Kings

Dear Department of Internal Affairs,

I am requesting all information held by the DIA in regard to the class 4 gaming licence for The Brass Boxer, 540 Mt Albert Rd, Three Kings. In particular in relation to the granting of a permit for a period of non-gaming activity (pokie machines not in use), the extension(s) of that permit, the consideration of a Waikiwi exemption for relocation to 509 Mt Albert Rd, and the current status of The Brass Boxer's licence to operate class 4 gaming machines.

This should include:
- applications made by The Brass Boxer and related bodies in regard to class four licences, including permits for periods of non-gaming activity, extension of those permits, Waikiwi exemption for relocation
- DIA consideration and decision-making regarding applications
- correspondence between DIA and The Brass Boxer and its representatives

The time period of documentation I am interested in is 2016 to the present day.
