Dear Andrew Little,

In accordance with the Health Practitioners Quality and Assurance Act, Section 54, Organizations performing quality assurance activities are to obtain certificates from the Health Minister to assure that these activities are legitimate and protected. Section 55 of the Act also provides for the Health Minister to certify the person or persons conducting the quality assurance activity to ensure their qualifications and familiarity with Codes of Conduct. I would be grateful for all such certificates (for Quality assurance sponsor and persons) provided by your office to Braemar Hospital Ltd and any relevant Commitee during the interval from 2015-2020
