Would your request be satisfied if we provided the number of section 61 requests made to Immigration New Zealand between 1 Jan 2019 to present, and the outcome of those requests (e.g. refused to consider, refused or approved)?

Please note that any clarification or amendment of an OIA request is considered to be a new request for the purpose of calculating the maximum statutory timeframe for response in line with section 15(1AA) of the OIA.
