The rules of civil procedure
D J Blair made this Official Information request to Ministry of Justice
Response to this request is long overdue. By law Ministry of Justice should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.
      From: D J Blair

    Dear Ministry of Justice,
I request confirmation that the rules of civil procedure apply to men and women (not persons).

Thank you for your email of 10 October 2020 requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), information relating to the rules of civil procedure. The Ministry sought further clarification from you on 13, 20 and 27 October whether you are referring to the High Court Rules or the Court of Appeal (Civil) Rules and if not, which rules do you refer to. The Ministry has not received a response to our request for clarification from you to date.
I will be closing your Official Information Act request today. If you are able to provide the clarification I seek, I will reopen your request.
Please contact me direct if you need to.
Many thanks
Ngā mihi,
Jan
