SAT assessment
Nair made this Official Information request to Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Nair to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Nair
Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
Nair here
With all respect I'm one of the unlucky ones who got stuck in the SMC backlog.
After months correspondence, finally got a case officer, now I'm being made a victim of SAT assessment.
I couldn't find any information this department.
I know previously it was IPB and now it has been changed to SAT in porirua.
In this context,
1.Why are certain applications being put for SAT assessment?
2.Do they have a timeframe in which applications are being processed?
3.Are applicants picked randomly or based on the directive from Immigration officer.
Yours faithfully,
Nair
