    Dear y mukish m yelanchezian
I refer to your request of 28 September 2020, for information concerning 2016-2020 international student applicants to the MBChB. A substantial amount of the information requested has already been provided in response to your request of 29 March 2020 at https://fyi.org.nz/request/12548-mbchb-a...
Your request for information already provided to you, which is publicly available at the link above, is refused under section 18(d) of the Official Information Act. You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are dissatisfied with this response. The remainder of your request is as follows (note that your original numbering has been corrected below so that the numbers are consecutive):
"1. Number of international applicants seats available [in 2020] 2. Number of international applicants seats filled each year (for both FY and graduate) [from 2016-2020] 3. Number of international applicants with conditional offer each year (for both FY and graduate) [from 2016-2020] 4. Number of international applicants each year (for both FY and graduate) [from 2016-2020] 5. Number of international applicants offered interviews each year (for both FY and graduate) [from 2016-2020] 6. Lowest core GPA for successful applicants (for both FY and graduate) [in 2020] 7. median core GPA for successful applicants (for both FY and graduate) [from 2016-2020] 8. Highest core GPA for unsuccessful applicants (for both FY and graduate) [in 2020] 9. Interview GPA cut off (for both FY and graduates) [in 2020] 10. Lowest raw score for successful applicants (UMAT for 2016-2019, UCAT for 2020) (for both FY and graduate) [from 2016-2020] 11. Highest raw score for unsuccessful applicants (UMAT for 2016-2019, UCAT for 2020) (for both FY and graduate) [from 2016-2020] 12. Lowest MMI score for successful applicants (for both FY and graduate) [from 2016-2020] 13. Highest MMI score for unsuccessful applicants (for both FY and graduate) [from 2016-2020]"
Unfortunately, consultations on these parts of your request are such that a proper response cannot be made within the original time limit. Accordingly, the University has extended the time limit for the response until 17 November 2020 under section 15A of the Official Information Act. You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman about this extension.
Yours sincerely,
Rebecca Ewert
University of Auckland

    Dear Chezian,

I refer to your request of 28 September 2020, in which you requested
information concerning the international applicants to the MBChB for

graduate) 2. Number of international applicants with conditional offer
each year (for both FY and graduate) 3. Number of international applicants
each year (for both FY and graduate) 4. Number of international applicants
offered interviews each year (for both FY and graduate)"... "6. median
core GPA for successful applicants (for both FY and graduate)"

This information is provided in the attached spreadsheet.

"5. Lowest core GPA for successful applicants (for both FY and

to protect the privacy of individual applicants.

"7. Interview GPA cut off (for both FY and graduates)"

The University does not have an official interview GPA cut-off for
International applicants. As this information is not held by the
University, your request is refused under section 18(g) of the Official

"8. Lowest raw score for successful applicants (UMAT for 2016-2019, UCAT
for 2020) (for both FY and graduate) 9. Highest raw score for unsuccessful

This information cannot be provided without substantial collation or
research, and these parts of your request are refused under section 18(f)
of the Official Information Act. Neither extending the time limit, nor
imposing a charge, nor consulting with you would enable these parts of
 your request to be granted.

You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are
 dissatisfied with this response.

Yours sincerely,
Rebecca Ewert
