Dear Ministry of Health,

Please note the FYI website removes email addresses from their site.

I've never had to prove this before, simply stating that I am a citizen and permanent resident has been enough in the past.

If you are going to insist can you please reply with the private email address I should send my ID through in the format of:

name [at] moh.co.nz, or similar.

Yours faithfully,

J. M. Harris
