Dear Department of Internal Affairs,
I am writing to request a list all Official Information Act requests received by the Office of Ethnic Communities in the 2019 calendar year.
May I please request that that list preferably be presented in a table, and answer the following;
i) The date the request was received,
ii) What the request or question was,
iii) If the request was accepted or rejected,
iv) If rejected, on what grounds was it rejected,
v) or if accepted, the date on which the request was fulfilled.
I do not require any information regarding the requestees, and understand that some requests may have elements of them redacted in order to protect the privacy of the requestee or other persons.
