Can you please provide me the list of organisations that is registered
with the Aviation Security Service?

 

We received your request on 29^th April 2020.  We will endeavour to
respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than
27^th May 2020 being 20 working days after the day your request was
received.  If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe.

 

Please note that the national Covid-19 response may have an impact on
timeframes for information requests due to the majority of staff  working
remotely and having limited access to certain categories of information.
Whilst we will do our best to respond to your requests within the required
timeframe, we may need to extend the timeframe in which to respond for
some requests, especially if the request would require the commitment of
resources that are currently committed on matters of significant public
interest. We thank you for your understanding. The Chief Ombudsman’s

DECISION

 

We have decided to decline your request in accordance with section 6 (a)
of the Official Information Act. Releasing this information creates a risk
in that someone accessing it could use it to infiltrate one of these
organisations in order to gain access to security enhanced areas. This
would prejudice the security and international relations of the Government
of New Zealand.

 

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
