Dear New Zealand Qualifications Authority,

I am requesting information in regards to the course entitled
“Diploma in Acupuncture – Traditional Chinese Medicine”,
with the

For the course, could you please supply me with a copy of all the
work that went into the decision making process to award the

with accreditation. I am interested in how each decision was
made,
who made the decision, what factors were considered, who was
consulted and what changes, if any, were made to the course

I confirm that I am a New Zealand citizen and I currently live in
New Zealand, making me eligible to make requests under the
Official
Information Act.
