I am writing to acknowledge your official information request dated 31 January 2010.

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than 3 March 2020. We will contact you if an extension is required.

Please note that, like other DHBs across New Zealand, Auckland DHB has adopted a model of proactive disclosure which sees OIA responses publically available on our website approximately one month after they have been released. If you believe that there are any special reasons why proactive disclosure should not apply to our response to you, we will be happy to consider this.

Dear Auckland District Health Board,

Pursuant to the Official Information Act 1982 please provide copies of all Asbestos Management Plans prepared under Regulation 13(2) of the Health and Safety at Work (Asbestos) Regulations 2016 for all workplaces occupied or from time to time occupied by the District Health Board where asbestos or ACM (Asbestos Containing Material) is suspected to be or has been identified at the workplace.
