    Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment, as per OIA , my request for information is as follows for MBIE:
1. How many SMC resident visa has been applied for Office Manager (512111) position in the year from Jan 2018 - Dec 2019?
2. How many SMC resident visa has been approved for Office Manager (512111) position in the year from Jan 2018 - Dec 2019?
3. How many SMC resident visa application has been declined for Office Manager (512111) position in the year from Jan 2018 - Dec 2019?
3. If any, what is the reason of the application declined for SMC Resident Visa for Office Manager (ANZCO - 512111) in the above given period? In general, asking the reason of application declination for that particular position in the given period.
4. If any, what is the reason of the application declined for SMC Resident Visa for Office Manager (ANZCO - 512111) from Jan 2016 - Dec 2019. (Asking a question in range, which allow you not to disclose information of any individual, simply would like to know the reason in given period, in general)
5. How many SMC resident visa has been approved for Office Manager (512111) position in the year from Jan 2014 - Dec 2019 for small business with employee Strength in business (1-20)
6. As per the INZ website, 50% application gets assessed in 5 months, 75% in 10 months and 90% in 14 monhts. My questions is on what basis, does INZ priotise application? Eg. Based on applicant's company credibility, location of applicant employer or something like that.

 (inclusive) are defined as non- working days in the Act and are not
 counted in the calculation for the response due date. This will affect the
