I am processing your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the
OIA) which reads as follows Between 1st July 2019 to 2nd October The total
number of Skilled Migrant Category (SMC) residence applications.

 

Under section 12(2) of the OIA the official information requested should
be specified with due particularity in the request.  I am not able to
provide a response to your request as it is currently worded as it is not
clear what you are asking for.  Please clarify your request.  For example,
do you want to know the number of SMC applications received between 1 July
2019 and 2 October or do you want to know the number of applications
decided within this date range?

 

Please clarify your request by 15 October 2019.  Once I have received your
clarification I will continue to process your request.  If I do not hear
from you by 15 October I will continue to process this request based on
the information at hand.
