following information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):
1. How many meetings have the PM and Cabinet had with theistic
leaders and theistic organisations since October 2017?
(a) which leaders and organisations have been met with?
how many times were said leaders and organisations met with?
(b) How long were these said meetings?

I am writing to extend the deadline for a decision by 30 working days to 4
December 2019. I am making this extension subject to sections 15A(1)(a)
and 15A(1)(b) of the Act. The extension is necessary because of the need
to search through a large quantity of information and consultations with
the relevant parties necessary to make a decision on your request are such
that a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original time
limit. The Minister will, however, endeavour to provide you with the
decision prior to this date if at all possible.
You have the right, under section 28(3) of the Act, to make a complaint to
an Ombudsman and seek an investigation and review of my decision to extend
the deadline for a response. The contact address is: Office of the
Ombudsman, PO Box 10152, Wellington 6143. Alternatively, you can phone

Kia ora Harry,
I refer to your official information request which was partially
transferred to Hon Shane Jones on 24 September 2019.
Parts 1(A), 1(B) 1(C), 2(A), and 2(B) of your official information request
are being rejected under section 18(d) of the Official Information Act
1982 as the information is publicly available. Please find the Minister’s
diary release at the following link -
[1]https://www.beehive.govt.nz/search?f%5B0....
The Minister meets regularly, formally and informally, with a range of
regional community leaders, however to the best of this office’s
recollection only one meeting with the Salvation Army falls within scope,
in terms of formal meetings. No record is kept of informal meetings.
While no record is held by the office on how each meeting may or may not
influence subsequent decisions by the Government, the Salvation Army has
received funding from the Provincial Growth Fund
([2]https://www.beehive.govt.nz/release/pgf-...).
Please note that Minister Jones does not have sole decision making rights
for any Provincial Growth Fund allocation – in this case, the funding
would have required approval from the four Regional Economic Development
Ministers.
A full list of announced PGF projects can be found here -

You have the right to appeal to the Ombudsman regarding this response.

I also moved the above response from the Holding Pen today. It seems each Minister's office mistyped the email address for this request in a different way. Perhaps DPMC transfers OIA requests to Ministers using hand-scrawled notes?
