Can you please update us on when Parent Category visa will be re-opened for EOI / applications? As per earlier OIA responses, there should be an update in first half of 2019. I am just as interested to hear news about the parents category as you are, and was waiting for an update.
At this point the ministry failed to meet their legal obligations under the OIA and you can lodge a complaint to the Ombudsman using a link at the bottom of the page.
