The request was successful.

Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

I understand from IE Money's website,

http://cn.iemoney.co.nz/services/transfer/
They only have this wording in their Chinese website, but not English. Please feel free to ask your Chinese staff to have a look at the wording.

They claimed they have Immigration NZ approved fund transfer channel. Can you please confirm they do have approved channel, I don't know if they means QDII or something else? If they don't, I would like to bring this to Immigration NZ's attention that they have falsely claimed they have INZ approved fund transfer channel. It would confused the applicant and mislead them in many ways. INZ should investigate this further.

Yours faithfully,

john luke

Hi John,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I can confirm that on 24 March 2017 Immigration New Zealand confirmed to
IE Financial Services Limited that their proposed scheme for Investor
migrants may meet Immigration Instructions.  This particular scheme
involves Agriculture Bank of China and a ‘Onshore guarantee for Offshore
loan’ arrangement.

INZ does not endorse individual schemes or offer any guarantee of
acceptance or approval of any application made under current immigration
policies.  We advise individuals to do their own due diligence and seek
professional and independent advice.

Kind regards

Andrew Newbery
