Subject: Official Information request - Copy of all correspondence in
relation to the weekly road closure of the Airlie Road off-ramp

 

Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

 

Can you please supply me with all information you hold in regards to the
decision to close the Airlie Road off-ramp on SH1 northbound between
Plimmerton and Pukerua Bay weekly on each Friday afternoon?

 

I would appreciate all correspondence within the agency in regards to
this, including any meeting agendas or minutes, and any decision letters
of other such documentation.

 

Please also include a copy of any complaints received by NZTA, with names
and other personal details removed of course.
