Dear Pharmaceutical Management Agency,
I would like to know who requested the initial funding of PrEP.
I note that it had only been on the market for less than a year before it was funded here in New Zealand. Please can you advise the reasons behind the funding of this drug and what information you had available to the efficacy of the relatively new drug on the market.
