Local Government Official Information and Meeting Act 1987 Request
I refer to your Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act ‘LGOIMA’ request. We
apologise for the extensive delay in releasing this information. As earlier advised in 14 February 2020
email to you, Council was unaware of this request. However we have looked into this matter and
believe we have rectified the IT issues which resulted in some FYI emails being caught up in our SPAM
filter.
Your original request was as follows:
a)
A list of all positions (job titles) directly employed by the Council including contractors, and the
number of staff in each of those roles.
b)
Any briefings, reports, advice, transcripts, notes, correspondence, aide memories or any other
documents regarding any proposal to amalgamate the Council with neighbouring Councils.
The information you have request in (a) above is provided on the following pages.
As advised in an email to you on 14 February 2020, we hold no information contained in item (b) set out
above. As the information does not exist, we are unable to provide this to you (LGOIMA s17(e)).
