I am responding on behalf of the University to your request for
information. Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to

Your request for a copy of our CAA NZ Part 141 Exposition is refused on
the following grounds:

 

1.       Section 9(2)(b)(ii) to protect information which is subject to an
obligation of confidence where the making available of the information
would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the commercial position of the
person who supplied or who is the subject of the information; and

2.       Section 9(2)(k) to prevent the disclosure or use of official
information for improper gain or improper advantage

 

Please be advised of your right to seek a review of this decision by
writing to the Ombudsman.
