    Dear Department of Corrections,
I would like to request the following information.
For each all calendar year since 2010 (Including 2010)
[1] For each calendar year, how many offenders each year completed their prison sentence and were released.
[1.a] Of these offenders, how many were completing a sentence which was for an offence for which they received a first strike under the Sentencing and Parole Reform Act 2010  
[1.b] Of these offenders, how many were completing a sentence which was for an offence for which they received a second strike under the Sentencing and Parole Reform Act 2010
[1.c] Of these offenders, how many were completing a sentence which was for an offence for which they received a third strike under the Sentencing and Parole Reform Act 2010
[2] For each calendar year how many offenders who were released have since been convicted of a new imprisonable offence.  
[2.a] Of these offenders, how many had previously served a sentence for which they received a first strike.
[2.b] Of these offenders, how many had previously served a sentence for which they received a second strike.
[2.c] Of these offenders, how many had previously served a sentence for which they received a third strike.
[3] For each calendar year how many offenders who were released have since been convicted of a new non-imprisonable offence.  
[3.a] Of these offenders, how many had previously served a sentence for which they received a first strike.
[3.b] Of these offenders, how many had previously served a sentence for which they received a second strike.
[3.c] Of these offenders, how many had previously served a sentence for which they received a third strike.
[4] For each calendar year how many offenders who were released have since been re-imprisoned for breach of bail conditions or terms of release. 
[4.a] Of these offenders, how many had previously served a sentence for which they received a first strike.
[4.b] Of these offenders, how many had previously served a sentence for which they received a second strike.
[4.c] Of these offenders, how many had previously served a sentence for which they received a third strike.
