Dear Department of Corrections,

On 27 April 2012 Radio New Zealand reported that Serco had failed
to meet its targets for the management of Mount Eden Prison
("Prison operator falls short", RadioNZ, 27/4/12). I would like to
request the following information under the Official Information
Act

* What targets does Serco have to meet for the operation of ACRP
(this should be in its contract, which was tabled in parliament,
but does not seem to be available on your website)
* What targets does the Department of Corrections have to meet for
the operation of equivalent facilities?

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
fyi.org.nz website.
