I'm after specific information regarding the current plan for the
Red Zone as it stands on May 26th 2011.
1. Is reducing the size of the Red Zone cordon the primary focus?
2. In precise detail, what is the current plan and process around
reducing the size of the Red Zone?
3. What has been achieved to date towards reducing the size of the
Red Zone cordon as it stands on 26th May 2011?
