Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,
Under s13(7) of the Intelligence and Security Committee Act of 1996
the CE of DPMC has the ability to appoint officers to this
committee to assist in the conduct of its business. I would like to
request under the Official Information Act some information related
to this: I would like to request:
a) The identify of all officers appointed to this Committee, and
job titles where appropriate
b) The current number of officers appointed to the Committee
c) The amount of renumeration provided for each officer for serving
on the Committee, if necessary, in $10000 bands to preserve privacy
(as recommended by the Ombudsmen)
d) The level of security clearance for each officer of the
Committee
e) Any correspondence with any person or organization outside of
DPMC (including the Committee) about the appointment of the last
officer appointed to the committee.
