Internal Budget of DPMC

Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,

Yesterday, the budget for the 2012/13 financial year was announced.
In the budget a number of appropriations were made for DPMC, and I
am interested in seeing where they go to. As such I would like to
request all information about the internal budget of DPMC; that is,
what money is spent on once provided to DPMC. For example, how much
is being spent on staff, which unit inside DPMC are those staff in,
and what their job/responsibility is.

In particular, I would like to know what is being brought with the
$2,700,000 provided in capital expenditure, and what is being paid
for with the $6,990,000 provided for intelligence coordination and
national security priorities.

It is also my understanding that the New Zealand model of public
management calls for there to be purchase agreements between Chief
Executives of Departments and the Responsibile Minister, setting
out objectives and measurement criteria. As such I would like to
request the latest purchase agreement between DPMC and the Prime
Minister.

I am aware that my request may not be phrased the best, as I wasn't
sure how to best express what I was looking for, so feel free to
contact me if you want clarification.
