Advice on minimum alcohol price

Dear Hon Peter Dunne,

On "The Nation" on 8 July 2012, you stated that you opposed minimum
pricing for alcohol and had seen a lot of material on minimum
pricing which suggested it would be ineffective. I would like to
request the following information under the Official Information
Act 1982:

* all advice, communications, briefings, documents, research
reports etc you have received on minimum alcohol pricing. For each
document, I'd like to know in particular the source of the document
- whether it was advice from the Ministry of Health, or received
from a lobbyist;
* if the material you referred to in the Natioan interview is not
documentary, then a sumary of the material, how it was received,
and who it was received by (e.g. a lobbyist).

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
fyi.org.nz website.

With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.
