Further to Anthony Dick's reply on 27 March concerning Hamilton City
Council prayer at Council meetings, we have received no further request
from you concerning the same subject.

Could you please advise what additional information you require.

Sorry for not replying , however , I did not receive your e-mail.

 

Hamilton City Council operate under a six weekly  meeting cycle.
Representatives will only perform one prayer per annum unless there is an
apology.

Dear Charlene Harris,

I sent a followup request on 27 March, reproduced below:

    "Thanks for the quick response to my previous request.
    Unfortunately, I have a followup. You've said that there is "no set
    format as representatives from a variety of religions are asked to
    attend on a rotational basis". I'd like to know:

    * how frequently do these representatives alternate? Every meeting?
    Every month? Every year?
    * the religious affiliation or denomination of the last five such
    representatives (so e.g. if they are a Catholic priest or a Sunni
    Imam), and the date(s) they provided this service.

    I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
    this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
    [2]fyi.org.nz
