Thank you for your request for official information, received on 16
August 2022 requesting:

"I request under the Official Information Act the inclusion of
vaccination status for the hospitalisations, ICU, and deaths shown in
H202207087/ OMB 574836.
I request this be broken down to no vaccinations, 1 vaccination
(partially vaccinated), 2 vaccinations (fully vaccinated), and 2
vaccinations and at least 1 booster received (boosted).
Due to the small number of deaths in the 0-49 and unknown age group, can
these age groups please be grouped together for the vaccination status
regarding deaths only.
As the 0-9 age group includes children under the age of 5 who are unable
to be vaccinated, can I please have the total number of children who
meet this criteria also."

The Ministry of Health has decided to extend the period of time available
to respond to your request under section 15A of the Official Information
Act 1982 (the Act) as 

consultations are necessary to make a decision on the request are such
that a proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the
original time limit.

You can now expect a response to your request on, or before, 20 September
2022.

You have the right, under section 28 of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to
review my decision to extend the time available to respond to your

I request this be broken down to no vaccinations, 1 vaccination (partially
vaccinated), 2 vaccinations (fully vaccinated), and 2 vaccinations and at

Please note the following in the attached table: 

• All values between 1 and 5 are suppressed. This is represented in the
table above as ‘.s’.
