Under the OIA please provide the following information:
Are you aware of alleged bullying allegations and complaints at the Manukau Urban Māori Authority (MUMA) involving the CEO and the alleged trespassing of union representatives? If so, when was this first brought to your attention?
Please provide all communications including but not limited to texts, emails and meeting notes, concerning the notification and any ongoing discussions/meetings involving the matter.
Have you been made aware under the no surprises rule, of Labour MP Willie Jackson's alleged involvement in this matter including allegedly meeting with the former board chair and asking for a review to be buried.
Please provide all communications if any, with Mr. Jackson involving MUMA since January 2025.
