Thank you for your email  dated 1 March 2019, requesting a password for the timing model 
spreadsheet. 
We have spoken with our business units who have advised us that the password was never 
supplied to Auckland Transport.  
Further to this, we have contacted the 3rd party creators of the spreadsheet, MRCagney, who have 
been unable to provide the password. MRCagney have advised the spreadsheet was designed 
purely to display the existing data.  
I am therefore refusing your request under section 17(g) of the LGOIMA because the information is 
not held. As an alternative, AT can look at providing the raw data for your perusal. 
We sorry we can’t be of more assistance on this occasion. Should you believe that we have not dealt 
with your request appropriately, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA 
to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman and seek an investigation and review in regard 
to this matter.
