Dear Mr Hassall
Request for Information 2018-208 - further response
I refer to your request for information dated 27 August 2018, and our partial response on
24 September 2018, where we extended the timeframe to respond to the following parts of your
request for information until 26 October 2018, due to the information being likely held by a
consultant who was overseas:
8. Can I please have a copy of the meeting agendas, presentation information and minutes for the
“series of workshops with economics, policy, finance, and public transport staff, exploring the
relative benefits and impacts of public transport”?
9. Can I please have a copy of the spreadsheet (or spreadsheets) used to create the charts (or figures)
in this report?
11. Attachment 4: Discussion Paper Council Workshop 29 November 2017 Revenue Financing Policy
Can I please have a copy of the spreadsheets used to create the bar charts in the PT Rates section of
this report?
13. Attachment 6: Discussion Paper Council Workshop 13 December 2017 Revenue Financing Policy
Can I please have a copy of the legal advice received on the PT Rates changes?
14. Attachment 7: Presentation 8 February 2018 LTP Council Workshop
Can I please have a copy of the spreadsheets used to create the bar charts in the PT Rates section of
this report?”
I acknowledge and apologise that we were not able to provide the requested information within the
timeframe we advised. I also apologise that the letter referred to in question 13 was inadvertently
missed from our response on 24 September 2018.
We now attach information in relation to your questions 9, 11 and 14, together with the letter
referred to in question 13.
RESPONSE TO OIA 2018-208 - ADDITIONAL INFO
The information in relation to question 8 involves further additional collation of material, which has
not yet been completed. We believe that this will be available on or before 12 November 2018. We
note you have a further request for information dated 12 October 2018 (2018-287) and we will
ensure that our response to question 8 is included together with our response to that request.
If you have any concerns with the decision(s) referred to in this letter, you have the right to request
an investigation and review by the Ombudsman under section 27(3) of the Local Government
Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
Yours sincerely
