This resolution is made in reliance on section 48(1) of the Local Government Official Information 
and  Meetings  Act  1987  and  on  the  grounds  that  the  public  conduct  of  the  parts  of  the  meeting 
considering the above two items would be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which 
good reason to withhold exists under section 7 of that Act, namely withholding of the information 
to:  
 
11.1 & 11.2 
Enable the Council holding the information to carry out, without prejudice or 
disadvantage, commercial activities- Section (2)(h)

Maintain legal privilege – Section 7(2)(g)
