We  refer  to  your  request  of  12  December  2017  requesting  information  under  the  Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act). In your letter you asked ACC to provide you with the following 
information: 
 
For the month of October 2017, what was the average price of orthoses supplied 
by The Orthotic Centre NZ (Ltd.) for the following item codes: 
 
1. ORTMB (Moonboot) 
2. ORTA (Ankle Brace) 
3. ORTK (Knee Brace - specifically a Knee ROM Brace) 
 
On 15 December 2017, ACC asked you to provide information in compliance with section 12 
of the Act so that ACC could progress your request and make a decision under the Act.  
 
ACC has not had a response and therefore cannot establish that you are entitled to receive 
official information as allowed under the Act. ACC will therefore not take any further action on 
your request.
