Official Information Act request for all Briefings to  Incoming  Ministers 
I refer to your Official Information Act request received on 3  November 2017 which 
asked for:  " ... all the Briefings to Incoming Ministers and the Briefing to the Incoming 
Government,  for the ministry sworn in this October." 
We have interpreted your request to be for all "Briefings to Incoming Ministers" 
provided by government departments and agencies following the 2017 general 
election. These briefings are more closely connected with the functions and 
responsibilities of the Ministers who received them. Accordingly,  I am transferring your 
request to each of these Ministers under section 14 of the Official Information Act. 
You can expect to hear from the offices of these Ministers in due course with a response 
to your request.
