1)​ ​Please​ ​advise​ ​if​ ​the​ ​recently​ ​appointed​ ​STEM​ ​Teacher​ ​or​ ​Learning​ ​Enrichment​ ​Teacher​ ​is​ ​a​ ​direct​ ​relative​ ​of​ ​the​ ​principal 
 
No​ ​appointment​ ​of​ ​a​ ​Learning​ ​Enrichment​ ​or​ ​STEM​ ​teacher​ ​has​ ​been​ ​made.​ ​A​ ​relieving​ ​teacher,​ ​who​ ​is​ ​related​ ​to​ ​​ ​the​ ​principal,​ ​comes 
into​ ​the​ ​school​ ​and​ ​uses​ ​their​ ​expertise​ ​to​ ​work​ ​alongside​ ​our​ ​G/T​ ​co-ordinator,​ ​some​ ​of​ ​our​ ​students​ ​and​ ​their​ ​teachers​ ​from​ ​time​ ​to 
time. 
 
2)​ ​Please​ ​advise​ ​if​ ​this​ ​job/these​ ​jobs​ ​were​ ​advertised​ ​internal y​ ​to​ ​current​ ​staff,​ ​or​ ​were​ ​advertised​ ​external y,​ ​and​ ​if​ ​so,​ ​where​ ​and 
when​ ​(please​ ​provide​ ​copies​ ​if​ ​available) 
This​ ​was​ ​not​ ​an​ ​available​ ​position​ ​at​ ​the​ ​school​ ​therefore​ ​there​ ​was​ ​no​ ​requirement​ ​to​ ​advertise​ ​it. 
3)​ ​Please​ ​advise​ ​if​ ​there​ ​were​ ​any​ ​other​ ​measures​ ​taken​ ​to​ ​ensure​ ​that​ ​the​ ​appointee​ ​was​ ​the​ ​best​ ​person​ ​for​ ​each​ ​position,​ ​as​ ​per​ ​the 
school​ ​appointment​ ​policy 
As​ ​stated​ ​in​ ​the​ ​previous​ ​question​ ​this​ ​was​ ​not​ ​a​ ​vacant​ ​position​ ​and​ ​therefore​ ​did​ ​not​ ​have​ ​to​ ​meet​ ​the​ ​school’s​ ​appointment​ ​policy. 
The​ ​school​ ​is​ ​exceptional y​ ​fortunate​ ​to​ ​have​ ​someone​ ​​ ​prepared​ ​to​ ​come​ ​in​ ​to​ ​the​ ​school​ ​from​ ​time​ ​to​ ​time​ ​and​ ​use​ ​their​ ​special​ ​skil s 
to​ ​enhance​ ​the​ ​learning​ ​of​ ​these​ ​students​ ​and​ ​the​ ​teachers. 
4)​ ​Please​ ​advise​ ​how​ ​many​ ​applicants​ ​there​ ​were​ ​for​ ​this​ ​job/these​ ​jobs 
Once​ ​again​ ​this​ ​question​ ​has​ ​been​ ​answered.​ ​This​ ​was​ ​not​ ​an​ ​open​ ​position​ ​to​ ​be​ ​fil ed.​ ​It​ ​involves​ ​using​ ​the​ ​skil s​ ​of​ ​a​ ​day​ ​to​ ​day 
reliever​ ​to​ ​the​ ​advantage​ ​of​ ​the​ ​G/T​ ​and​ ​other​ ​students​ ​in​ ​our​ ​school.  
5)​ ​Please​ ​provide​ ​a​ ​copy​ ​of​ ​the​ ​application​ ​package/s​ ​as​ ​provided​ ​to​ ​applicants​ ​for​ ​this​ ​job/these​ ​jobs 
There​ ​was​ ​no​ ​application​ ​package​ ​as​ ​it​ ​was​ ​not​ ​necessary​ ​to​ ​have​ ​one.

There​ ​was​ ​no​ ​appointments​ ​committee​ ​as​ ​it​ ​is​ ​not​ ​an​ ​appointment.  
7)​ ​Please​ ​provide​ ​details​ ​of​ ​any​ ​other​ ​measures​ ​taken​ ​by​ ​school​ ​management​ ​or​ ​the​ ​Board​ ​of​ ​Trustees,​ ​to​ ​manage​ ​any​ ​conflict​ ​of 
interest​ ​in​ ​the​ ​appointment​ ​process 
There​ ​was​ ​no​ ​appointment,​ ​however​ ​the​ ​Principal​ ​declared​ ​a​ ​conflict​ ​of​ ​interest.​ ​The​ ​conflict​ ​was​ ​registered​ ​and​ ​accepted.
