Are you able to provide some detail on how the tanks will operate?
I understand that there is a capacity problem with the existing downstream wastewater network and the increased wastewater discharge from this site (post development) could only discharge to the network when there is sufficient capacity / off peak.

Subject: 79 Taranaki St - Connection to Public Drains
I spoke with Samir a short time ago and he believed you are already familiar with this project. We are converting the majority of the building from offices to residential apartments. As part of the building consent process we have had the question below as part of a RFI. I have attached the plumbers drawings which show retention tanks. Can you please provide approval to connect to the public drains.
Question from council:
Please confirm agreement with Public Drainage Samir Hermiz (04 910 3800 / 021 879 133) for connection to existing public drains to existing Public Drains.
Please feel free to contact me in you require further information.
