I understand that there is a capacity problem with the existing downstream wastewater network and the increased wastewater discharge from this site (post development) could only discharge to the network when there is sufficient capacity / off peak. We are converting the majority of the building from offices to residential apartments. As part of the building consent process we have had the question below as part of a RFI. I have attached the plumbers drawings which show retention tanks. Can you please provide approval to connect to the public drains.
