Official Information Act Request 
 
I write in response to your Official Information Act Requests dated 23 February 2017.  You requested 
the following information: 
 
1.  A copy of the latest valuation report for the DHB's Manukau Super Clinic Site. 
 
2.  A copy of the schedule of land assets owned by the DHB as at 30 June 2016, in excel format if 
possible.  
 
3.  With  respect  to  the  previously  uploaded  OIA  request  at  request  number  (1),  please  provide 
valuation reports for the land surrounding the buildings of the Manukau Super Clinic Site. This is 
opposed to a valuation of the buildings. 
 
Please find attached Spreadsheet with the information you have requested.  Please note that we are 
unable to provide the detailed valuation report for the Manukau SuperClinic land as we are currently 
in negotiation with the Crown / MBIE / Iwi in regard to the sale of part of the land and as such, this is 
commercially  sensitive  under  Section  9,  Clause  (2),  Sub  clauses  (i)  and  (j)  of  the  Official  Information 
Act.
