A report has been produced that provides an overview of the Work Programme, details of
activities and output summarises. Pūhoro completed all deliverables above and beyond initial
targets, on time and within budget. The successful completion of this project can be attributed
to our enthusiastic and talented Kaihautū and Pūhoro’s extensive reach across the country in 11
regions and over 80 schools.
This investment was used to engage in research and resource development to accelerate our
ability to deliver the Pūhoro programme to a high standard and in a much-reduced timeframe.
We developed new micro credentials for CV development, new resources for leadership and
career decision-making and piloted a new initiative that builds self-awareness and fosters a
proactive approach to mental wellness. Contract outputs are summarised in the following figure.
