As, you know I have been working with Ellen to bring in additional expertise to strengthen
the CACP programme. This is to include Senior Secondary expertise as we move into
delivering the new qual, Assessment and Phase 5 curriculum – to sit alongside VET. 
I need your approval to create 4 roles and appoint into them.  These are as follows:

These positions were not publicly advertised, as it was essential to identify and engage
individuals with strong expertise, extensive sector experience, and a well-established
reputation. We sought those who are not only held in high regard by their peers, but who
also have the credibility and influence within the sector.
