I refer to your official information request received on 26 March 2026 relating to air quality, 
odour, and emissions associated with the wastewater pump station servicing the Goodman 
Ledger Park area in Motueka.  
The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) does not hold the information you have 
requested. However, we believe the Tasman District Council does. Therefore, we have 
transferred your request to the Tasman District Council under section 14(b)(i) of the Official 
Information Act 1982.
