a) The copies of advice or briefings you received as in your capacity as Minister re: move-
on orders 
b) Evidence supporting the ministerial decision to go against all the advice received on a) 
 
I am advised that you made a similar request to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development 
(the Ministry). Their response is available on the FYI website at: fyi.org.nz/request/34073-
ministerial-oversight-re-move-on-orders.  
 
There are no further documents in scope outside of those the Ministry have already provided you. 
Your request is therefore refused under section 18(d) of the Act, that the information in scope of 
your request is already publicly available.
