Local Government Official Information Request – SR.98355 - Delegation Instruments for

I refer to your official information request received by Western Bay of Plenty District Council
(Council) on 23 February 2026 where you have requested information pertaining to
Delegation Instruments for MWLASS and Debt Management Central.
However, Council does not use the services of the businesses, therefore we must refuse

Meetings Act 1987 as the information you have requested, does not exist.
