Executive Summary
SCOPE
Provide a desktop review of all known asbestos documentation for this property.
Attend site.
Conduct destructive survey through multilayers of building structure.
Coleman Consulting attended the site.
We Noticed that the rear structure of the building had been reclad over existing cement
sheeting. Areas highlighted in green in images.
Our investigation also found areas of cement sheeting inside the structures that were not
mentioned in previous documentation.
In total Coleman Consulting took 7 samples of suspected asbestos containing material
that could be disturbed during demolition of the structure.
All Samples returned negative for asbestos including enclosed cement sheeting.
No asbestos was found within the structure to be demolished.
Demolition work can commence without any asbestos controls required.
