Please provide a list of all government contracts, purchase orders, agreements,
or payments made to the following companies, their known subsidiaries, or their
primary trading partners, from 1 January 2020 to the date of your response.
List of Companies:
Data, OSINT & Digital Forensics: Palantir Technologies, Clearview AI, Recorded
Future, Verint Systems, Cognyte, Babel Street, Cellebrite, Grayshift, Chainalysis,
Cybereason, Fivecast.
Defense & Autonomous Systems: Anduril Industries, Shield AI, Skydio,
AeroVironment, Ghost Robotics, Scale AI, Dedrone.
Offensive Cyber & Spyware: NSO Group, Intellexa, Cytrox, Candiru, Paragon.
SIGINT, GEOINT & Satellite Surveillance: Maxar Technologies, Planet Labs
(Planet), BlackSky, HawkEye 360, TCI (TeleCommunication Systems).
Domestic Surveillance & Biometrics: Flock Safety, Motorola Solutions
(specifically contracts related to Vigilant Solutions), Idemia, NEC Corporation,
Axon Enterprise.
For each transaction or contract identified, please provide:
-The name of the purchasing New Zealand government agency.
-The date of the transaction or contract agreement.
-The total value of the contract or payment.
- A brief description or title of the goods/services provided (e.g., "Software
License," "Data Analytics Platform," "Unmanned Aerial Systems," "Digital
Forensics Hardware").
Information not held
The Treasury does not hold any contracts with the companies you have listed in your
request. Therefore, your request is refused under section 18(e) of the OIA – the
document alleged to contain the information requested does not exist or cannot be
found.
