I refer to  your  official information request of 19 November 2025 regarding the total amount 
invoiced to Gisborne District Council by Agite Consulting Limited (previously known as Pol ock 
Consulting Limited) for the financial years ending 30 June 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and year 
to date 2026. 
Decision 
Council  has considered  your request  under  the  Local  Government Official  Information  and 
Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) and has decided to grant your request in ful . 
Council staff have conducted a search of our financial records covering the past five ful  years 
and as well as year to date 2026 and we can confirm that Gisborne District Council has not 
received  any  invoices  from,  nor  made  any  payments  to,  either  Agite  Consulting  Limited  or 
Pol ock Consulting Limited during this period. 
As a result, there is no invoicing or financial information to provide for the years specified.
