The Ministry of Health transferred your email sent on 25 October 2025 to Waipā District Council on 
5 December 2025. 
We have reviewed the requests that you have set out in your email and we can provide you with 
the  following  responses  for  Waipā  District  (noting  that  Waipā  does  not  currently  fluoridate  our 
water supply):
A. Supply & Production 
1. Identify  the  factory/facility  where  the  fluoride  chemicals  supplied  to  New  Zealand  water 
systems  are  produced,  including  location,  operator,  and  production  process.  Include  all 
applicable laws, regulations, licenses, and international standards governing manufacture.
