Thank you for your email of 11 October 2025. Please find attached information pertaining to 
your  request  relating  to  landscaping  non-compliance  at  the  Lawson  Creek  /  Royal  Road 
Development in Massey, Auckland 
  
Our Environmental Monitoring department have provided the following information: 
•  Internal communications relating to landscaping non-compliance at the Lawson Creek 
/ Royal Road Development in Massey, Auckland. 
•  Internal  discussions  about  enforcement  approaches,  non-compliance  assessment, 
and discussions with specialists within Council. 
•  Internal references to media coverage or public complaints.   
 
Please note the following information has been withheld from the attached correspondence, 
pursuant to the followings sections of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings 
Act 1987 (LGOIMA): 
 
•  Section  7(2)(a)  -  some  names,  contact  details  and  identifiable  information  about 
members of the public have been redacted to protect their privacy.
