4.4  Far North Housing update 
The Board received the report and noted the operational update. CEO advised that the 
Wellington  HUD  meeting  was  extremely  positive  for  future  col aboration  and 
development opportunities. There may be opportunity to work with Kainga Ora. CEO is 
due back to meet in Wellington 4th August 2022. 
The HUD RSA project  has received approval.
