4.1  Far North Housing Ltd 
 
GM Engineering reported that the final paperwork for 158 Broadway (ex-RSA) will be 
completed this week, and a dawn blessing for stages 2 and 3 scheduled for 13 May. 
The Ranfurly project took advantage of good weather to finish all weather-dependent 
work  and  expects  the  first  buildings  to  arrive  by  the  end  of  May.  Resourcing 
considerations were discussed acknowledging a smal  team and upcoming projects. It 
was reported a new Administrator has joined the team at Ngawha and will provide some 
support to the Projects Team.
